There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on transportation services. If the trip is cancelled 24-hours prior, there will be a 100% refund. Anything less than a 24-hour notice is subject to a cost according to the level of service pre-arranged. In addition, if there are any delays or missed flights, there is an additional charge for wait time if we are not notified at-least two (2) hours in advance.
